My 50th Teaser!
Congratulations Trill!!
Good job! Tricky!
was fun congratulations
It's really just a matter of counting the frequency of the available letters and seeing the possible placements given the number available.
Of course, I didn't figure that out until *after* I had given up, but oh well...
Excellent teaser all the same.

enjoyed this one and the second one
Enjoyed this one and it was a great brain exercise. Great job!!
One of the best teasers.
And, each, ache, char, herd, will work. Other combos?
Never mind - didn't see the 9 letters.
Good puzzle. I wrote each, aloe, code, heel - but I guess I was in my own little world. It worked but it was wrong - I picked up some other letters! Liked the idea!!
Really good teaser. I ddn't get it, but enjoyed trying. It was really neat hw it worked out. Thanks for posting.
Wow, that was really fun! As soon as I figured out one word, the rest followed quickly.
The puzzle's like a domino, once you get one correct (as assumed), others will follow. I love it!
2 EZ
I got "cool" going both ways, then lost patience. Fun word square, though.
Congrats on 50th!!! Great teaser...loved it.
That was neat! =)
I thought this one was really really cool! The kind of thing that I would never come up with in a million trillion years kind of cool.
wow you actually made me bust out a pen and paper. Good fun and a perfect 30 second break from work!
Congrats on your 50th teaser. This one was easy, but a lot of fun.

I did enjoy that one, thanks!!
Very fun! Worked it out on microsoft word.
Some of you solvers seem not to have uderstood that the word square should incorporate, after the letters of the two opening words, "EACH," only the letters given, D, E, E, L, L, L, O, O, O. Restricting oneself to those letters, and using each of those letters only the number of times it appears in the letter list, immediately eliminates word squares incorporating words like "ache," "hens," "echo," etc.
This was a new one for me and I liked it. Thanks for a good one! Have a sunny day!
AROB- gayle, It wasn't a new one to you, you commented in 2008.
I came up with the given answer after first coming up with:
EACH
ALLO
CLEO
HOOD
But figured proper names would not be allowed.

Fun puzzle. It was easier than it looked.
Got stuck on one, but overall a good one!
I did not know I had worked it before, so did it again, and got it. A fun one to do. Even twice.
Normally I would pass on these but a paper and pencil made for a quick solve.
Happy Friday everyone!
