I like this one since I like good rebuses and I like baseball. I would kind of nitpick that "Three up three down" is something one would say during the game, but "end of AN inning" is not. I thing "end of the inning" would be better, or better yet "inning over." Going a little bit outside the box here, but what about:

Nice one...but there are only three outs that are implied, and three outs is technically only a half-inning.
