The problem is worded incorrectly. It should say "A box of kebabs weighs 25 kg _when_ divided by a quarter of it own weight. How much does the box of kebabs weigh?"
Otherwise, there is no answer. Mad, this is not the first problem you've submitted with errors, but hopefully you read people's comments and correct accordingly. I always feel quality > quantity in my own work or hobbies, and I'm sure you do too.

Well then Sillywilly, I shall look forward with baited breath to the absolutely superb quality teasers that you are sure to submit.
And I shall look forward to you knocking me off the leader board!
Oh you sooooooooooooooo love yourself.
it would be interesting for the leader board to display how when someone registered for the sight. it is also interesting that you consider your place at the top of the leader board more significant than your fun / difficulty rating of the oppinions or quality of your teasers. I now from chat that many people are finding your attitude offensive. do you not realise that you could be putting new subscribers with goodthings to submit off the site completely by your arrogance and ignorance?
Apart from all of the abuse if we can just stick to the facts, the teaser is in fact worded correctly. If it was worded as sillywilly suggests: "weighs 25 kg when divided by.." then the answer would be already given in that it must weigh 25 kg. Taking x as the weight of the box, 25 /(x/4) = x so 100/x = x giving x^2 = 100. You are wasting your time Mad-Ade castigating the critics for not having their own teasers. Does it not occur to you that this is someone whose teaser you have already trounced so they register under a different name in order to attack you anonymously?
The wording hacks up blood. 25kg/2.5kg = 10, but the kebabs do not weigh 10; you say they weigh 10kg. If units 'cancel' out of the arithmetic, they shouldn't appear in the result.
