Poem
There is a lady, sweet and kind,
Was ne'er face so please my mind.
I did but see her passing by,
And yet I love her till I die.
Her gestures, motions, and her smiles,
Her wit, her voice, my heart beguiles.
Beguiles my heart, I know no why,
And yet I love her till I die.
An ending of my own
Just the thought of her brings to mind,
That she is the fairest I could ever find.
No one else could let me fly,
And so I love her till I die.
Was ne'er face so please my mind.
I did but see her passing by,
And yet I love her till I die.
Her gestures, motions, and her smiles,
Her wit, her voice, my heart beguiles.
Beguiles my heart, I know no why,
And yet I love her till I die.
An ending of my own
Just the thought of her brings to mind,
That she is the fairest I could ever find.
No one else could let me fly,
And so I love her till I die.
