Trick
Trick brain teasers appear difficult at first, but they have a trick that makes them really easy.Trick
I am more microscopic than microscopic; I am more minuscule than minuscule.
I am smaller than small and I am tinier than tiny.
Yet surprisingly, I am still big. What am I?

Hint
Don't be too small-minded!Answer
The word "big". It only has 3 letters and is therefore shorter in length than the words "tiny", "small", "minuscule", and "microscopic".Hide Hint Show Hint Hide Answer Show Answer

Just a little puzzled with the puzzle..... How could BIG be "more minuscule than minuscule"?
Ooookay...
I like it. I got it wrong. But it's still good
@ iam1ru12, somehow I don't think you looked at the answer. The word big only has 3 letters and is therefore more minuscule (i.e. smaller) than the word "minuscule" which is 9 letters long. Understand?
hahaha. i like it. although i didnt get it right.
I finally got it! I love trick teasers...
that was cool, although i have seen ones like it (not that particular one) before but their always awesome
I got it easily!
like mile is the longest word in da dictionary
Lui, love,
"mile" is not the longest word in the dictionary. Some say "smiles" is because "it's a mile between the 's'es." however, if you're going for words of length, the dictionary also includes "light-year" and "parsec" (a "parsec"is slightly more than 3 1/4 light-years)

Gruggles! (That's just my random word for cool hehe ) I really like it, I didn't get it but oh well, I tried, I'll try harder next time. Very clever, please keep making the cool teasers from Jessie
fun but easy
Very clever, I enjoyed it very much.
nice
Nice play on words. Thanks
that doesn't really make sense
nice... & tricky! good job!
Two thumbs up on hard 2 down on well fun
I thought of AIR. It's microscopic but you actually see Oxygens, Nitrogen, Hydrogens, etc. (not air), yet it's big enough to surround us?
Hey, good one!
nice one
EZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
These are easy to figure out, when you can recognize the trick. Very cleverly worded teaser. Keep up the Well thought-out work.
That got me
Great!
I thought it was the word I because it is shorter than all of those small synonyms and it is still big because when you see it for the most part it is capitol.
A LITTLE 2 EZ, reminds me of what gets bigger the more you take away from it?
EEEEEEEZZZZZZ
Not too hard, but tricky. Love it.
Not hard, but I like it. The answer just comes to you if you've seen many riddles like this.
I thought it was an atom...or a molecule... I'm gonna add this to favorites.
While I get the riddle, the use of the word 'microscopic' is very misleading and actually makes the answer wrong. Microscopic means that it is so small that it cannot be seen with the naked eye - i.e., it can only be seen with a microscope. Clearly, you can read the word 'big' without the use of a microscope. Other than that, though, it would have been a good one. Cheers.
meaybe it would be better to say "smaller than microscopic"? good trick teaser. thanks for posting!
NICE!!!
It did not go over too BIG with me. Did not like it.
Have to agree with Babe, didn't care much for it. BGS=3
This goes into my bottom 10 teasers on this site. Easy but dumb!!!
I liked this one - good one for my grandchildren. I guess I'm beginning to think like a kid! Have a heart! Happy Valentine's Day!
AAAAH. Don't like it, but thanks for posting it. Better answer would something to do with the universe (i.e. the earth, our solar system, etc.).
I though maybe it was ego. Ego would fit, wouldn't it? Anyway, I liked it.
Ok that was an easy almost obvious answer, but the clues are wrong.
Microscopic means "too small to be seen by the naked idea (requiring a microscopic be seen) neither word is "microscopic", so big is not more microscopic than microscopic - they are equally microscopic.
SHorter than short could have been used instead.

Congrats to teaser creator. You have created the 1ST (that I have encountered) ' HINT " that made it harder, rather that easier
Thought it was a really good teaser even if I didn't get it. Not good at getting these anyway.
I got this one and loved it! Cute trick! Thanks for posting.
I also had the word: I, as it is shorter/smaller than the rest, yet still big as it is a capitol?
Fun, easy and entertaining teaser. I got it very quickly.
