I had fun with this proverb - lol - having single letter in first sentence did help alot! Thanks, it was great
This was very easy. I got it from the instructions! Kinda fun, tho!
Really fun but I didn't think that the directions were very clear!

A had a quick read through them and saw nothing obvious. Then I saw the name Amos which is a bit too unusual, so I got MOSS straight away and the rest became very simple.
Nice and easy.
Nice and easy.
THIS WAS KINDA HARD!
What I have to say is exactly the same as Vernando. Amos is not too common, so naturally I looked around that and found MOSS. Then it was so easy because the saying just popped into my mind. Very good! It's going on favorites!
I enjoyed this one. Got 'a rolling'
right away and knew the answer, but still great fun.

Good teaser, I got it but it took me a minute. Once I got "stone rolling" - it got me rolling (so to speak) on the proverb. Good one!

Instructions vague; Should be 1thru6 not 1thru5 shouldn't it ? Anyway enjoyed it a lot! Fairly easy but enjoyable. Thanks and GOOD JOB!

Tin, this was done quite well. Great job. Hope you do some more.
I got it! Very fun.
Jeieieie.

A great teaser! Putting "gathers" togther was brilliant!
Didn't look for it. Didn't find it. Didn't like it.
Good work! How did you ever come up with those clever sentences to conceal the words? That must have been a lot harder than solving the puzzle! The clue and the first sentence gave it away for me. I don't know if I could have solved it otherwise. Thanks for the fun!
Nice teaser. I found it quite difficult, but not impossible. Thanks for posting.
That was fun! Do some more, please!
Too easy. But it was cute!
Very easy, but very clever. Really enjoyed it, but rolling gave the whole thing away..... so it was a piece of cake.
Funny, the first time I heard this proverb was a few weeks ago, and now you have a teaser for it! ^_^ After I got "rolling" I figured out what it was. Great teaser!
I agree with auntie sis a few years ago - I thought the idea was clever too, but the word "rolling" made it very easy! Thanks for a good one! I'd like to try another one of these! A special hello to KiPA
AROB. Still didn't like it. Not my thing. Oh well, I'll hope for better tomorrow. I'm glad GiMi liked it, because she is a special friend.
Doehead, I'm rather surprised you didn't try to solve it. You seem like the type of person who enjoys a challenge! Have a wonderful day, anyway!
I thought it was cleverly put together. I was lost until I saw 'gather'. Added that to 'no' and worked backwards.
Here's a happy visual - I just saw a hummingbird then a cardinal in the same rose of sharon. Hope you all have a beautiful day.

Fairly simple - I got stuck on a few irrelevant words like "oaf" in 6 and "air" in 4 during the first minute, but during the second minute "gathers" jumped at me, and from there it was simple.
Well done.
Well done.
On this one, I'm with Doehead.
This is super cool, except I didn't know about this kind of puzzle so it was harder for me,
I have been rolling this one around in my head for so long it is starting to grow lichen.
I got it right after stone!! FUn Thanks!
i just went straght 2 the answer cuz im on a time limet right now so i dont hav time 2 sit in front of mah laptop and ponder 4, lik, half an hour or sumthing
It was very clever and even more fun, although I got it quickly!
It took a little time, but I too, figured it out. Once I saw "moss" it all came together. Fun and thank you!
Gaskin's Bakery gave it away for me. Not sure why . . . .
Loved this teaser, even though it was easy, it was FUN!!
Like others, the word "rolling" made it easy. Love how gathers was written out!!. Jaycr - how did Gaskins Bakery help you solve it? Thanks for a good one - would love to see more like this!
I'm like doehead. It's like looking for a flea on a gorilla.
This is the third time I worked this out, but in #1 and # 2 there are two words in each one. Finding the wrong word first can throw you off. Watch out for those.
The "moss" made it very easy.
I enjoyed this fun and easy teaser; it did not take me very long to get the answer.
Saw "rolling" right away, which made the rest fall in the place with absolutely no difficulty
I love this one! Fun and challenging!
Moss jumped out at me, then the rest just fell into place!
Fun, easy and entertaining teaser; I got it very quickly.
