While studying to be a nutritionist, Kristen learned of the many health benefits of using alternate types of flour -- but convincing her family was another matter! To win them over, Kristen prepared a different type of dessert (including beignets) each weekday last week, each time using a different type of flour. After tasting her delicacies, Kristen's family didn't complain any longer -- they were too busy eating! From the information provided, determine the type of flour used to make dessert she served on each week day.
Desserts: beignets, brownies, cookies, cupcakes, turnovers
Flours: barley, oat, rice, soy, wheat
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
1. The cupcakes were served the day after the dessert made with wheat flour. The turnovers were made on Friday.
2. Kristen used rice flour to make Wednesday's dessert (which wasn't cupcakes).
3. The barley flour dessert was served later in the week than the cookies, which weren't Monday's dessert.
4. The brownies were made with oat flour.

Great teaser. Got me thinking early in the morning.
A good one! stingy, tricky clues! I was starving for a sweet by the time I finished . (Kept getting angry at the cupcakes.)

Very fun teaser.
Good teaser. I enjoyed working it out.
you couldn't work it out, there was no clues that really helped much! i got stuck with only a couple answers!!!
I thought it would be really easy by the size of the grif, but it was a teeny bit trickier than that (still solved it in 3 minutes or less) I liked it! It is solvable, no matter what anyone else comments.
Good Job!!!
good job. Thought it would be so easy with such a small grid, but I actually had to think through few things. Not too difficult, bu not too easy... just right!
